Those DEVILed eggs.

This was way harder than I thought it would be. And by harder I really mean, messier, and took a lot longer.

Oh deviled eggs. I know why they got their name. Here’s how I did it! Laura – I’m learning to cook. This one was easy – try it for my new brotha-man :)

Hard boil 8 eggs! While they are boiling (10minutes) mix the following…

1/2 cup Miracle Whip, 4 tbsp sweet relish, 4 tsp yellow mustard, 1tsp salt, dash of pepper and a dash of paprika (I used much more than a dash of paprika… I also topped them with paprika. And ate paprika in the process. That stuff’s good.)

Peel the boiled eggs (HAH. That was tragic) and then cut them in half. Add the yolks to the mixture you just made and stir that up.

Put the egg halves on a tray or plate or whatever you want, then spoon the filling in!

Sounds easy right? Don’t be fooled.

This sucked. But they were good, so I guess it was worth it?

And I think every member of the sistah-hood is still alive. Which means my deviled eggs were in no way life threatening.

LauraBell – dont leave the eggs boiling for an hour and a half like you did with that pasta…
