Those are the exact words that fly out of my mouth when I think about asparagus. The word even sounds gross. Asparagus. ACHK!
Alas, in my cooking experiments, Marshall’s one request has always been vegetables. So, asparagus we eat.
Now. Don’t argue! Just give it a shot and trust me that this turned out delicious!
Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry
Put olive oil, and worcester sauce (as much as you want) in a large pan and turn to medium heat.
Cut up 1 chicken breast, and let it start cooking in the pan.
Now, dice 1/2 of a red onion, and cut the ends off of one bundle of asparagus. Put all of this into the pan.
Sprinkle crushed red pepper, garlic powder, and italian seasoning to taste.
Let chicken and vegetables cook in the pan, covered with a lid. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
